Finite Element Analysis
With over 10 years of FEA wheel load data, simulation different conditions and effects on wheel design. We fine-tune our wheels to maximize wheel strength without adding excess weight.

Coordinate Measuring Check
We use CMM to check the consistency of our wheels during each stage of production to ensure every wheel we produce is within tolerance.

Tensile Test
During each production run we randomly test wheels for material and stress to ensure every wheel produced is within specification.

Hardness Check
During production, wheels go through many heat cycles. A hardness check on the aluminum during final production to ensure all wheels are properly heat-treated.
